    "Potential" What do you like best about Birdeye? I really like how everything is centralized into one dashboard and you are able to connect all other social media platforms and monitor activity all in one! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye has potential, I would like to see them add a lot more ability to connect instagram and the ability to create a post and have the option to post on all social platforms! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Instant replies for all reviews coming in have been great! Our members appreciate the immediate feedback and fast response rate we have been able to generate to assist in resolving any issues/concerns.

    "Overall positive experience. A few opportunities to improve." What do you like best about Birdeye? Platform is very easy to use. Ability to reply to reviews is streamlined and simple. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Wish all reviews could be directed to Google only. Birdeye platform for reviews has little value to clients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier for client customers to give positive reviews. Also easier for our clients to reply to reviews.

    "Came to Birdeye to help gain positive reviews from my customers. They delivered" What do you like best about Birdeye? They pretty much manage everything for you. I also like the auto-response to reviews to have business interaction to posted reviews. They do have a dashboard for you account if you do like to be hands on. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found anything specific that I would say i dislike about Birdeye, as I use Birdeye more hands off while getting great results. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: great for both those who want to have hands-free auto marketing for their business or if you like to be hands on with lots of features and functions to use What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have also started using Birdeye surveys which is something i always wanted to utilized. Birdeye keeps it all on one platform which is convenient so i don't have to have multiple accounts

    Birdeye offers a friendly online chat system Pros: The ease of use is so great! Allows our team to chat to our website visitors and request reviews from our customers. Cons: The receptionist option is what I like least about the software. Sounds robotic and mispronounces words. Overall: Overall experience has been really good. It's easy for our team to assist potential customers inside and outside of the office.

    "Easy to use Review Management software" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of navigation and overall use. Allowing me to segment my locations is a big plus and post directly to social media! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Dashboard is set to 30 days of history. I would like it to be customizable. Maybe we have that functionality I was not able to locate easily. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping up with the negative reviews and posting good ones on my SM pages to build brand reputation.

    "Great Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? The automated emails requesting reviews from clients are a great way to get more reviews! This is an excellent value-add for our LO's. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is not as user-friendly as it could be. The website can be hard to navigate, and our LO's do not always understand how to use it and how the site can assist them. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving the problem of not having enough public reviews to catch prospective client's eyes.

    "User friendly!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how all the reviews are displayed on one page and how reviews can be filtered and easily searched. What do you dislike about Birdeye? When I address direct feedback from the review tab, it still shows as unread in the message tab. So on my end it shows that I haven't gotten to it, which in fact I have. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We love to encourage our team with great reviews about them and we pride ourselves in what our customers have to say about us.

    "Very Effective Business Review Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? It compiles all of our reviews across multiple businesses for day to day operations. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have been using the Birdeye tool for a number of years, and I have not come across anything I don't like Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: We have used Birdeye for several years. It is worth a look if you are interested in managing guests and their expectations. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Birdeye mostly for customer recovery. More often than not, we are able to chat with the reviewer and get a second chance.

I can honestly say there is nothing that I would change and if I would Birdeye is always one step ahead of the game. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Negative reviews, Birdeye has taught us how to better communicate with unhappy patients.

    "Increased exposure for our company!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye handles sending all of our customers' reviews. Once we connected our system, the BirdEye platform immediately sends the customer a request for review after we close their ticket. It also catches potential negative reviews. The feature that accepts voicemails and texts our customers after business hours has also helped our business. The account managers are great and we haven't had any issues reaching out when necessary. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish that more info could flow into Birdeye. We have a public e-mail address (info, sales, etc) that we would love to be able to respond to from our BirdEye Account. We currently use another ticket-based source to respond to communications, but being able to do everything from BirdEye would be great. BirdEye recently integrated Google Messaging which was a huge plus. This was one more separate app that we don't have to access. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend insuring that your platform can integrate with BirdEye. If it supports Zapier, more than likely you will be okay with BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We do not have to manually send review requests. Our reviews have increased by 70% in the first year. The additional reviews allow customers to find us quicker than before. The local SEO option also helped during our recent store move. We only had to go to one place to update our address.

    "Great, easy way to communicate" What do you like best about Birdeye? The accessible communication Birdeye gives us with our patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is a slight delay in the communication sometimes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are rescheduling patients that have missed appointments or confirming appointments. Patients are much more apt to text than answer a phone call.

    "The customer service has been incredible." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye seems to come up with new offerings and reaches out to us to see if it would be something that would work for our company. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At first, we had a lot of reps . We have had the same account manager for over 3 years which has been great. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is an easy to use platform. For us, we are able to secure online reviews efficiently and effectively without a lot of work on our part. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have cleaned up a lot of our clients online presence. This has ultimately helped them to increase their business. Overall online presence is everything for our clients. Some have gone from 2 negative Google reviews to over 20 positive reviews.

    "Great tool to monitor your customer reviews!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is a very easy-to-use tool that allows you to be in touch with your customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found any items that I dislike yet. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of getting bad reviews in Google, Yelp, etc., you can have the customer contact you directly. This will allow you to solve the issue they have. If the customer intends to leave a positive review, they can do it right away.

    "Great for Optometry and Optical" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have received numerous positive feedback/reviews and inquiries through BirdEye that has helped us grow our practices. The system is easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? BirdEye should also cater to other country currency payments and pricing (i.e. CAD). Birdeye should look into delivering a payment portal as a feature to easily allow users to pay for invoices online. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you own multiple locations, you can negotiate special pricing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What problems are you solving with BirdEye? We are able to gain valuable feedback from our customers to find new ways where we can improve our business. We are increasing our online presence through reviews and their listings features. We are answering inquiries much faster through the web chat application.
