    BirdEye's platform makes it so easy for us to get reviews from our customers while they are thinking about us. Our technicians carry iPads when they are out on the job, and are able to ask for the review right then and there. It works out great. Strongly recommend for small businesses where your staff goes to your client

    Excellent service!!! This was my first experience using online reputation management and the team at Birdeye were quick, responsive and I achieved the results I was looking for. They were able to add four "spaces" on the first page of my google search and fill the web with real authentic content. They also made my testimonials page shine on my website with their micropage replacing my old and boring testimonials page with a live review page. Very happy with their results!!

    The BirdEye customer service is outstanding. I have spoken with a couple of their reps including Babette who was patient, extremely helpful and she gave me new insights into some areas of the BirdEye platform that I wasn’t even aware of. She spent the time needed to answer all of my questions fully without rushing me. I appreciate that kind of attention. I highly recommend the BirdEye platform, and their customer service to help me get the most out of it is a big reason why I rate it at five stars.

    Birdeye does a very good job of tracking and monitoring online reviews across multiple sites and platforms. They are constantly changing their technologies to meet the needs of the ever changing internet world. Customer service is also very good. Over the years they have always responded to quickly to any inquiries that I have made. Their goal is to make their customer's more successful.     WOW What a great experience! I just got off the phone with Babette (so sorry I did not get her last name.) Let's call her Babette from Birdeye. She was fabulous, relate-able and caring. See I thought I was doing it all wrong. And with her coaching I found out that I was doing most things right - whew - what a relief! Then she game out some fun pointers, sent a video to train my staff, and gave me the Google email to begin the consolidation of my 3-4 G+ pages. Great to have associates who make all things digital fun! THANK YOU BABETTE!

    BirdEye is a great company. Their platform is so easy to use. Using their latest advancements, we are getting Google reviews on a regular basis. Kudos to the development team, you continually come up with new features, that make it even easier to use. And equal acknowledgement to the support team who answer all of my questions with out making me feel like I should have known already.

    Great customer service! Easy set up and they handle all the hard stuff. The app for our techs is easy to use and now it's just up to us to get our customers info entered.

    We used BirdEye's reputation management services for all of our individual offices and individual attorneys. Ami Espinal, the director of sales, has been especially helpful. All of our locations were set up and optimized immediately. Whenever I had questions regarding how to do something or how I should optimize a location, Ami was there with the answers or she was connecting me with someone who could get them for me. Another plus is how easy it is to get in contact with an actual human being and how quickly they respond. BirdEye is an incredibly helpful solution to our business's problem of getting reviews from clients. Their review request system makes it easy to get reviews and follow up. As a result, our number of reviews exponentially increased since we starting using BirdEye. The other thing I love about their service is their easy to use interface. I learned the entire interface in less than 10 minutes. Keep up the good work BirdEye. We look forward to working with you in the future.
