Zero Stars It's no wonder they have 10 year warranties, takes most of it to ship. made an order Oct 18 2023, received half on Oct 20, figured I'd tear truck apart to start , big mistake, took seven more days to receive the rest of the order. meanwhile hoist was tied up. couldn't get anything else in to work on . NOT HAPPY

we get the part that we order but can never get a hold of customer service, either emailed or live chat nobody returns calls or on hold for long time with nobody taking the call.

The product is good when you receive the right one. I ordered a complete frontend rebuild. Upper & lower control arms, wheel hubs, shocks, inner & outer tie rods, and CV drive shafts, I receive one wrong tie rod end, which took and extra week. Along with that, I receive the wrong CV drive shafts, which took two weeks, only to receive one, not two. I bought a rack n pinion from Detroit Axle few weeks ago for 2011 Audi Q5 3.2. Their rack n pinion arms shorter than our original rack n pinion. I took pictures from our rack n pinion and their rack n pinion and shared with them. they keep saying its the same but it NOT. This is a safety for customers since not much threads go into the tie rods. Customer service is really bad. Accidently bought the wrong part and within a few minuets I message them asking for a refund and for them not to ship it. I then call them the next day and they said it was not shipped so they will give me a refund. A few hours after that I got an email that it was shipped so I message them again saying I do not need it. It was delivered and now they are saying I need to pay $24 in order to return it. The links on most of their website do not work and that includes the "return policy" tab making it impossible for me to even ... read more

This website is horrible. It wont let me log in most of the time and when I do none of the links work. I have emailed asking for a refund before they ship an Item I bought by accident with no response. I have talked to someone on the phone and he said that it would not be shipped, then a few hours later they create the shipping label. They are hard to work with. Good prices, though.

Huge disappointment! Website could not register me creating an account. Website order failed twice and had to confirm order by phone. Ordered two identical parts - received two very different parts. Company was completely unconcerned about my problems due to their shipping the wrong part. Even wrote a letter to the CEO - no response. It seems the indifference towards customers is clearly established at the top level (CEO) and translates to the entire workforce.

You don't answer your phone ever, nor do you respond to emails or messages sent. I've now sent 2 different emails and have attempted to call twice. All I have a question about is your return policy. I try to click the return policy link at the bottom of your page, but that link is broken.
