Day 1 The tech came out to fix the garage door that would not go down because the cables kept getting tangled and unwound. He replaced the springs, and rollers. When he was done, the garage door still would not go down. He told me they needed to replace the retainer and seal because it was bent and the door was hitting the frame of the house. This company does not deliver when they say they will. To make matters worse, they have terrible customer service and communication is zero. One star is way too high of a rating. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. I wish I would have.

We had springs to our garage door replaced on 11/4/2015 for $550 with a 5 year replacement warranty. In April of 2020, we had to have the springs replaced again and fortunately our 5 year warranty covered it. We only paid $195 for labor coz it was still covered fortunately by the 5 year warranty. The frustrating thing is the spring broke again this past April 10. When their tech came out- the estimate was for over $900 plus to replace both springs plus labor etc since it is out of warranty. I have never seen a company that takes money for a product does not provide a paid invoice. Requested the company to take back one item after 1 day of installation (it's a padlock) they denied refund. It's been a week I have not received the invoice, no warranty papers on the product. The worst is the sales manager Josh Malcom

I installed the One gate opener at price of $6000, (same one available in internet at 1/3rd price). I found this company is reaping money on items. Simple example of a pin lock which costs $48.00, they charged me $150.00. Worst company I ever dealt with. Can Not understand somebody can mark up 200% on the same product just because you are buying those from them. Then never answers calls. I left 4 emails, 3 text messages and happen to talk to the operator 2 times for call back. ERIC the supervisor, I think bringing the company down. Just a warning for the owners.

Scam Alert!!! Bait and Switch!!! I put a deposit on a new roller gate opener and then they called back 2 or 3 days later to say the residential model was out of stock with the supplier and was no where to be obtained for the next 8 weeks. I would have to wait 8 weeks for something that we agreed upon being delivered within 7 to 10 days of me having put the deposit. They offered the commercial version for only an additional $700. The tech that showed up, A-Matin Steele was very professional & courteous. You have a great employee there. Original quote was to replace the door spring and cables, $779 but tech said the bearing plates may need to be replaced also. After taking apart what needed to be tech contacted me and told me bearing plates did need to be replaced. No quote was given, there are 3 bearing plates.
