The quality of the door is excellent and the installation team did an excellent job. I marked down one star as I have ordered two doors now and on both occasions I had to chase the office to get the invoice to reflect the warranty as expressed by the installation team. They offered me 5 years and it took 3 attempts to get an invoice reflecting this.

This place is a rip off . They gave me a quote for $1100.00 then it needed a couple more parts . They gave me what I thought was a revised estimate. It turned out to be a second estimate for an additional $1195.00. Guess my fault for not catching it. 1195.00 for 10 rollers & 3 bearing is robbery. The Labor portion turned out fine that was the only positive

We were quoted a price and when the tech was finished with the job it more than doubled, never let us know of the added expenses. Very poor business in my opinion. Technition did a good job at the repair but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for highway robbery. Very, very expensive.

Original quote more than double without notifying us of the added expenses. Technition did a good job but I will never recommend this company as I would have never to agreed to pay what the final cost came to. Highway robbery.

Over a thousand dollars for two rubber strips on the top and bottom of the garage door. I thought they were going all the way around. Very disappointed.

When ordering our door, we asked for one brand but were told another was "just as good." It was installed 5 days ago and was defective. The inspector who checked it out said the company has had problems since before we ordered, so it looks like Elite knew it wasn't a good choice. And now, we're on hold while Elite deals with the door company... Not happy, but we'll see.

Outrageous prices. Our previous garage door opener was installed by Precision garage doors. When ours was no longer working, I called Precision but got transferred to Elite Garage Doors. I was told that the company had changed names. We had a new Liftmaster garage door opener installed. The price $1500. Then one month later, we decided we needed an extra remote and were charged $180! The tech did the work and then when I asked for a quote, he said he already fixed it and gave me a $2400+ quote with an option for even more work for $4300. He tried to soften the blow by offering financing. What kind of company does that? Just because I have a Scottsdale address doesn’t mean you can do work without asking. I complained to the dispatch who would NOT put me on the phone with a manager. Instead they called the tech and told him to knock off $600 if I took the $4300 option. These guys are crooks.

The service tech turned out to be a high pressure salesman. He told me it would cost $850 to replace the spring, and that the door would destroy itself anyway. He could sell me a new door for $1200 + tax. I found an independent business who repaired my door for $350, who didn’t try to scare me into spending more than necessary.
