The room was spacious and accommodated our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The facilities needed updating though. The towels were threadbare. The staff was non-existent past 11 pm, so it was impossible to get more towels when we needed them. They only offered coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars for breakfast. The sink stopped up with water when brushing teeth and the shower felt like the floor of the tub was going to fall out from under us!

the stench was unbearable! the bedding was used prison issue, the pullout couch was disgustingly stained, the place was filthy! immediately asked for a refund, they refused (even for the next night), we left the hotel and my family slept on couches of a friend. this is a criminal operation and should be shut down, health dept/AG please look into this.

We booked this hotel as we needed a place with a kitchen. The room served for the purpose. However there is a heavy smell in the room. The place was worn down and needs an urgent upgrade.

Got locked in the bathroom and told it couldn’t be fixed until Monday, after we were leaving. Had no idea where breakfast was at. Found all kinds of garbage under the bed (we had children)

We had ants in the kitchen. the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly for the most part. They didn't do anything about the ants.
