Really dirty and smelly

Moved us to another location with no notice and then did not have clean room at 2nd location

Rooms feel unclean. Room floor is sticky and room has odor. Would not recommend you stay here. Only 1 outlet in room to plug phones etc into wall No usb charging plug outlets.

Not impressed It took an hour for us to check in, and I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We were shocked that there wasn’t a glass or cup in the room and had to go to the front desk for everything. Not one cube of ice to be had in our freezer or in the hotel. Tiny lobby, nowhere to gather socially with other families. Next time we will stay at a restaurant that offer a breakfast bar.

Scheduled for 3:00pm check in and wasn’t allowed in my room till 3:45pm. Making me late for the wedding I was officiating. Seemed like they have 3 people working the entire hotel. The front desk receptionist had to leave to help clean rooms while 10 people including myself waited to check in.

You can do so much better You can do so much better. Cigarette smell in hallway and room. Asked for change to a non-smoke filled room, was told no rooms available. Instead, was offered a bottle of Febreze - it was appreciated (better than nothing). Dirt ring in bathtub. What appeared to be a used tissue under the bed. Difficulty with card room key. The room appeared to be furnished with used furniture, bathtub, sink. Evening staff was lovely - I didn’t have much interaction with morning staff. Fridge was clean. Stove top ran... read more
