I can't say enough amazing things about Extra Credit Union and Jamie McCollum. She went above and beyond to help me and my family today~ I literally started crying in her office... HAPPY TEARS..!!! Mike is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I originally came in because a gas station had a hold on my account so high I wasn’t going to be able to make my car payment. I was at a complete loss and came in low that day. Michael took me back and not only got the hold released, but mentioned he could help me lower my car payment so it would give me some relief. I had a great experience with this Extra Credit Union. They helped lower my APR from 16% to 10%, which is going to save me a lot of money.
