Our furnace replacement with Furnace Family was excellent. The entire process was simple and easy, from the first visit to the installation, to the final inspection. Excellent service. Everything was fast and easy right from the initial phone call all the way to the completion of the installation of our new hot water tank. Very friendly and helpful staff and employees, who answered any questions I had. We will be calling them back for another job in the near future, when we replace our furnace.

I actually reached out on my community ******** page looking for help with our chimney cap being loose. One of the technicians of Furnace Family (Kevin) reached out saying that he (and Furnace Family) could help. He arranged everything for me. There was a little hiccup when another technician was sent on the wrong day, but he called on his way here and I explained what I was told. Had the air conditioner serviced and the technician (Kevin) phoned and stated he could come about 1 hour ahead of scheduled time. He was very personable and did the job efficiently.
