We spent a lot of time researching and meeting with different pool companies to help us design our backyard. We settled on Presidential and we are glad we did. Trevor (our design guy) and Gene (our project manager) were great. They were so easy to work with and super responsive. Our pool turned out just like we wanted and the pool construction was right on schedule. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the landscape crew that worked on our project. From a simple sketch I drew, the designer Doug Boston created a phenomenal backyard oasis that was beyond what I could have comprehended...total professionals! Can’t wait to see the finished product. These guys have my vote!!!!
Rob Burnette the designer was great and we were his first pool as he is a new designer. There were a couple of hurdles but overall happy with the end result. Had an issue with a back-ordered Travertine color that we ended up having to make a change to complete the pool. Also our stacked rock wall along the back of the pool was a little sloppy with a lot of visible glue and 6-7 pieces of the rock wall have fallen off. I would give Rob 5 stars but the construction crew 3.
They respond quickly when issues arise and almost everything has been under warranty. I would highly recommend Presidential.
While we had some delays with the hardscape crew (to be expected at this busy time of year), our entire experience with Presidential has been great. Trevor (our designer) came out quickly (unlike Raindance who wouldn't even come for the initial consultation!) and came up with a great plan.
