Good product, good warranty, poor execution. While parts of the process were communicated great many other steps were not. I usually dont write reviews but when a company fails to communicate that an appointment requiring you to be home is made, that cant go unmentioned. Time also seemed to be a problem as the project sat a few weeks with no progress or communication until I called to follow up, that's poor communication in my eyes for the cost of the product purchased.
Frustrating🤯 and very stressful😡 to deal with. I don’t like to write bad, I just leave it here for now. By the time is done I will need a swimming suit. My house got built in 95 days from signing, my pool is nowhere to be finished .... I hope 🎅 Santa is bringing some hot weather because there is no chance of swimming this year. In their defense, the pool’s not done yet but it will be a cold day before I recommend Presidential Pools. They don’t have the ability to follow simple instructions. They also sub- contract all their labor so if I had it to do over I would have PM’d my own project and hired the workers direct. Probably save $20,000 and be able to talk to workers direct instead of via P. Pools project manager who can’t seem to get his contractors to follow instructions (like knock on the door so I can put my dogs away so you don’t run them ov... read more

We are very happy with our pool and spa from Presidential Pools. Lenny Kramer our sales person, was extremely helpful in designing our pool and spa and was available to answer all of our questions.Gary Brooks was outstanding as our project manager. His team took excellent care of us throughout the process even while we were living in Colorado. Communication was great from office staff to service department. We would highly recommend them!
We love the service and quality of our pool designed by Jason Todd. Every one from Jason to Mark the the pool start up crew were professional and we could not be happier with our backyard oasis!
We too had a great experience with Presidential Pools.. My wife and I had been looking into getting a pool since last September we started getting bids, and after several different pool companies, we chose Presidential mostly because of the way Karin Tierney was so impressive,kind and easy to work with.
