From day one, starting with the pool grade, then getting one supervisor to come to the house and give us the schedule of events and then telling us he is not going to be the super for this job, it will be someone else who is at a wedding in Chicago or somewhere. This all got be a confusing mess to this company. Things didn’t get started for about 5 weeks after signing contract. No one knew who was in charge!!!! We just had our pool built by Presidential Pools and they did a really beautiful job! No problems at all and they were very professional and thorough. We highly recommend them! From start to finish was smooth sailing.
This will be our 3rd summer enjoying our pool!! I had a few issues with equipment but Presidental was there to fix the problem. I recommend Presidental and I would recommended a friend who now works for them. She is a wonderful person and very honest (to honest for those that don’t want the truth . Lol). She’s a hard worker and I am sure she will take care of her customers, look for Jennifer Boothe.
RecommendedMy backyard is a dream come true thanks to Karin Tierney and Presidential Pools. Who needs to go to a spa oasis when you have it in your own backyard.
Karin Tierney is awesome at what she does. Not only can she help map out the perfect pool plan but she has the best customer service skills and keeps communication open freely and is prompt to respond to your needs
We had a great experience with Karin Tierney at Presidential Pools... We had been looking into getting a pool, started getting bids, and after about six different companies (small to large), we wound up going with Presidential. Mainly because Karin was so impressive, and easy to work with. We are pleased with the pool and we were pleased with the whole process!!!
What would I recommend about Presidential Pools? Designer Dane Pearson! My husband and I began our first design attempts with another local pool builder. The designer was remarkably uninterested and did an absolute minimum effort on our design. Told us to reach out to him if we were interested with zero follow up.
