Horrible company to work with. No communication at all. I signed the contract in January and still don't have a pool to swim in. They have lots of excuses and fingers to point at subcontractors but when it comes down to it presidential pools are the ones that fail! Would highly recommend using another company even if it costs more to do so.
Let me start off by saying that presidential pools did a great job building my pool. However once it got to the end of the project everyone seem to be avoiding any issues that came up. Just like other reviews once they got their final payment, they seem to not answer emails phone calls or anything. Stay away from in floor pop ups (Blue System). The heads are $45.00 (I have 12) and do not last. Mine started coming apart after 2 and 1/2 years. Most stopped rotating after 2 years. Shast had a a system that worked much longer.
My pools is still being worked on. Just a heads up the time they give you to finish your pool is completely false. My pools was supposed to be done two weeks ago and it hasn’t even been plastered.
Finally finished and we love it. Big props to Mark Saba and Lindy for putting in the extra effort to make sure everything was perfect.
