Recommendedalthough some of the process was very trying and it took quite a while to get the pool done being a home builder in Seattle I understand Subs can be very busy and when you're building the amount of pools that they're building you're bound to get slow downs we're happy with the pool now that it's done their service is very good they make sure every thing is finished so all in all they did a good job
From our first initial consultation with Jim Sherlock, we felt we were in good hands. Jim took the time to guide us through their outdoor pool display area and explain each and every pool component. 5 star service from start to finish. Knew my backyard was going to be a challenge being a patio home 14’ deep. Wanted a spool fully understanding (after research) they cost similar to regular sized pools. Other companies did not even want to try. Jeremy Hunt on the other hand after seeing my plot plan had a design in my email within an hour. He followed through making sure we understood the entire process. Our Project Manager Jarrod Woods was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Presidential Pools 👏
Not a good experience at all. Continued miscommunication, work not getting done, not knowing when or who is doing the work. Days and weeks go by with no work at all. They keep saying they are scheduling work or looking into scheduling work but then nothing. Continuously blame subcontractors or third party suppliers they are supposed to be managing. We were referred to Presidential Pools by a close friend. We re-did the backyard and added a pool. The guys we worked with at Presidential were great to work with and understood our vision. Everything came out exactly as we wanted. It took a little longer than we had expected but the wait was worth it. It is our own personal backyard oasis and we're very happy 😄

Presidential could improve their service by keeping the same project manager throughout the project so customers do not have to repeat themselves over and over regarding concerns. Then of course every new project manager has to come out and see the issues before any (IF ANY) action is taken. They messed up the elevation of my backyard and now we have drainage issues. Salesman came by 3 weeks ago so we could get an estimate and have never heard back. I called them and they put me on hold for too long, so I just hung up. NEXT!!
We contracted with Presidental Pools and spent approximately 60k for a pool and spa with all the bells and whistles (all paid in full). We understood the process can be stressful and overwhelming, but the never ending screw-ups were amazing. They were really good at collecting the payments and I expressed my concern for all the unfinished items when they wanted the final payment to complete the pool.
