5 stars Love, love our pool! We are so excited about how it all turned out. Kip designed this exactly as we envisioned; Gene was on top of things and just so easy to work with. They could not have gotten a better guy to do the decking, Kevin from Valley View landscaping. And not to forget everyone from the office who made sure we were happy with the progress. Our backyard is definitely an extension of our home and we will be spending many days and nights here. Presidential Pools, you guys are the best!!!
It’s been about two months since our pool was built and we are still up in awe of the results! Jason Todd was our designer and exceeded our expectations. We had about four or five other pool companies out. Jason Todd’s design blew us away! We had a vision in our head of what we wanted and also an image we found online. If you're considering putting a swimming pool in your backyard I highly recommend Presidential Pools!!! We could not be happier with our Backyard Paradise. Our pool turned out gorgeous. I went from a thought in my mind to a rough sketch to a masterpiece!! Our designer, Karin, listened to our every want and need and took my design and helped bring it to life. My pool is beautiful. HOWEVER, it is October 15 and it is still not truly complete because there are repairs to be made that they have known about since they completed construction on August 28. I follow up weekly with them via email to not only my project manager but several of their VP's and keep being told they'll be here x date but that day comes and goes and still no repairs.
