I am in the 15th week of a simple geometric pool project and Presidential's work is still not complete! Their web page FAQ says 6-8 weeks - this falls somewhere between overly optimistic and a bold face lie!! Presidential Pools is a pool builder that contracts out the labor to build your pool as many pool builders do. This means that they have two things to offer a buyer, 1) The design and details on the front side and 2) management of the subcontractors, that they and their competitors use, during construction. Presidential’s customer service is shameful. Construction is shotty. After paying 40,000.00, Presidential will not take responsibility for repairs that clearly need to be done. I feel robbed! Definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I have read all the wonderful comments by satisfied customers. I Sincerely wish I had dealt with the same people you guys rave about. Roy Brown was my sales person, Chuck Sleuter was my construction manager and Sanctuary was the subcontractor that laid my travertine etc. Kathy Alexander

My entire experience with Presidential was excellent. Every Presidential employee and contractor was extremely professional and courteous and on time. A special thanks to the best project manager ever, thank you Shane Richardson for a great construction experience! My family couldn’t be happier with our new backyard.
How could Presidential Pools and Spa improve? Well the biggest improvement they could make is take point from and promote Lynde Sharp. Below is a 1-star review based on my experience throughout the build and service period with Presidential. They are great at communication. I never had to call and see what was happening. Considering the labor shortage and busy time of year i m very pleased with the speed of my project..
Very knowledgeable technicians, very prompt with their appointments, reasonable prices and ultimately very reliable and professional pool company.
