After 2 years on smile direct club, I am very dissatisfied, wearing the same set of aligners for 3 months, which should be changed every week or biweekly. Sdc stating they will get back to you within 3 business days and never calling you back. I would not recommend going through this.

Used Invisaligns for 6 months results were decent, I wasnt very happy with the results but I thought it is better than it was. I ordered retainer to keep the smile looking the same but the retainers messed up my smile and made it look like it was again.

I signed up in Melbourne and was informed the package will include two pairs of free retainers. I asked about the retainers on arrival as I already completed my treatment with *********but they increased the retailers price dramatically. At the end of the conversation, I was asked if I want to pay in full or on a plan, and they told me prepay would be slightly cheaper. Zero stars would be best. This company does not know what they are doing. They broke one of my teeth and have created gaps. They refuse to correct the problems. 3 years and 2 months wasted with them.

I have been trying for two weeks to speak with someone who can help me with my account. I have paid hundreds of dollars more than what my account is showing and I cannot get someone who understands what I'm saying to help me. In the meantime, the interest charges are higher than they should be because my account is not reflecting payments made. I need help pursuing this!

Utter trash. They won't show you the projected "after" image until you sign up and pay, mine looked no different. I got to aligner set 12 of 16 and there was ZERO change. A friend works in tool & die so we had taken our own measurments just for fun before I started... His tools and lasers go down to. 0001 of an inch... .. 6.5 months later and nothing has changed. Customer service at its worst. Both my wife and I went in for a live scan and the customer service was great. I asked if we should wait until the start of the following year to start our treatment, because it was November and our FSA would renew in January, and they stated that they had a “CODE” that would be applied that would allow us to make a payment now then we could defer the payoff until January (INTEREST FREE). I started my treatment in Dec 2020 it was supposed to be a 12 week program but as of today, Feb 2023 my teeth are still not fixed and they have created new issues. I am trying to work with them to correct my teeth but they are requesting excessive documents from my orthodontist, some of which my ortho has informed me they are not legally able to provide. During the 3+ years of working with SDC customer service has been terrible! I wish I did more research prior to signing up with them. The reviews on their site are all great... read more

COMMUNICATION IS AWFUL!!!!!!! I received my box for the impression kit, ***label was messed up, so I paid for the return directly. They apparently lost my kit, a manager or someone from USA will not call me back, I have wasted 3 days of my life trying to get someone to help me.. I have sent emails, I have tried using their online agent, nothing has worked. Last comment from there customer service agent is someone will try to call you in 3-5 working days!! Really.. Very upset , frustrated and they don't care!!
