RecommendedWe really love the way our backyard oasis turned out. I highly recommend Jamie Anderson, he did an excellent job designing our backyard. He thought if everything. We shopped around and ultimately the cost was less with Presidential.

RecommendedI will send my photos to management, as I have a great pool for aquatic therapy! Yes there was a bit of a lag in time, but when you let the right people know, the job gets finished! Rain was an issue . Our pool is a simple 20 foot X 10 FOOT X 6 FOOT With salt water and heat. I need the water heated to 96 degrees to keep my muscles from cramping. Osteoarthritis responds best in warmer water & the salt water is because of my previous radiation therapy for M.B.C. I am now 4 1/2 years cancer cell free. Great Communication is the... read more

After I sent him an email with the ideas my wife and I desired for our pool, Jamie had a complete design ready that pretty much met every one of our wants for our backyard pool. He changed items real time on his design tool when we started talking about the specifics w my wife and I. No regard for spilling oil and hydrologic fluid in the street in front of houses. Asked them to clean up, the excavator said he would and did not. Contacted presidential three times and no clean up. The superintendent says they clean up after all done while tracking oil and fluid all over our street and paver driveways.
Had a horrible experience, lots of missed items pool less that 2 yrs old decking already cracking.. took parts that didn’t return.. once documents sign customer service ended

Recommended5 stars I was very impressed with the service and follow up throughout the process. There was never a delay in the process and trades were done as scheduled or earlier in some cases. This is the third pool that I have had built and it was the greatest experience from design to completion.
