"Offers a more effective option for business communication." Pros: My favorite feature is the faxing capability. I love that I don't have to print anything! I can upload files to fax them out, and I receive .pdf files that I can view and not have to print.Cons: It is very simple to use. I haven't encountered a problem yet, and have not had to contact customer service.

"Affordable, Easy Setup but Support is Lacking" Pros: Ring Central is an affordable option to use. We have used it over the last several years. What we liked was pricing, features and ease of use for non-technical users. Setting it up and having it look like you had a whole team working for you rather than our smallish staff was a nice plus. Ring Central Contact Center Review Pros: Awesome for small to large businesses - this contact portal has literally grown with our company and is a living-breathing document that is accessible to all of our staff! Seriously awesome! Cons: I have very little cons to say - granted I love everything Ring Central, but the biggest con is just the "ticket" system and having to rely on a reply from Customer Service when you have an issue.

"Okay for office environment" Pros: I love that we can actually download the application on the phone. When we are not on our desk, we can still take phone call on our cell because the phone call gets forwarded to our cell phone.Cons: The only thing that I hate probably, NOTHING. Oooo probably changed the automated robot voice to be more not like robot?

"Great for business of all sizes " Overall: Staff can receive work calls/voicemails while not sitting at their phone.Pros: Easy to set up the automatic recording of inbound calls; quickly can set incoming and outgoing calls to record; can set up automatic recordings for any number of users; will save a large number of recordings; ability to customize announcements; automatic emails are sent when a call is recorded automatically; download/playback for up to 90 days. "Easy software with a big benefit" Pros: I like that it totally removes the need to take notes during phone calls and try to pass them on to other individuals within the office. It takes away a lot of steps that would be needed, and is also a safe back up for any issues that may arise from discrepancies.Cons: It can be extra work trying to toggle between recording and not recording calls as there are some instances for confidentiality that we can't record phone calls.

Easy for call routing Pros: Many analytics on calls, and customer habits which permits to adapt and optimize funner of conversion Cons: I feel they are lacking a bit on features vs the other solutions on the market, but they have great cust serv.

"Easy to manage faxes" Pros: I can store faxes to view later without having to print them. ability to create groups and send faxes to groups and received multiple faxes at the same time.Cons: Not being able to forward or reply via email to the sender of the fax without having to enter their email address.

"Robust office phone system" Pros: Ringcentral does everything we need in a phone system. They were much cheaper than using our local phone service which is the main reason we switched.Cons: The Ringcentral software is bloated and sometimes take several hundred megabytes of memory. I wish that could be slimmed down. I also wish there was a way to add phone numbers to our contacts without logging to the online portal.
