    The Birdeye website is extremely user friendly and easy to learn. Our implementation process was flawless-- Shraiya Bansal took great care of us, and helped us to optimize the resources Birdeye offers. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and a top notch trainer. In just a couple of weeks we've already seen an increase in positive Google reviews, and are excited about our plans to use your survey tools. I'm a fan!

    I went to Piedmont periodontics as a return patient under the impression that I would see the same doctor that I saw 5 years ago. I was informed that he had retired and would see a different periodontics that had taken over the office. Upon arrival it was nice to see one familiar face, super sweet lady Mrs. Traci. She calm my nerves and help my visit to be very pleasant. The new Doctor, Dr.Schaefer very good very detail. I would recommend to anyone that needs a periodontal office. Tlrh cupcake

    Simple to Use, All-in-one Platform Pros: Everything can easily be managed, monitored, and updated in the platform. Cons: It does seem to disconnect from social platforms more than I'd like. That is most likely on the social platform side though. Overall: We've been using it for a few years and I find that setup and ongoing use is simple and easy to use.

    We've had an incredible experience with Birdeye's software, and it has been a game-changer for our business. One of the standout aspects of our experience was our exceptional account executive, Chad Rutlege. Chad was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. His guidance and support were instrumental in our successful journey with Birdeye. In addition to Chad, our dedicated Birdeye training expert, Shraiya, also deserves special mention. Shraiya's intuitive approach made the implementation process effortless, and she was there for us every step of the way. What truly impressed us was her proactive nature; she anticipated our needs and reached out to offer assistance even before we could ask for it. Shraiya's support has been invaluable to our success. We would also like to acknowledge Abdul, who was very helpful and great to work with during our experience with Birdeye. Birdeye's software has not only helped us improve our overall rating significantly but has also greatly increased the number of reviews we receive from our patients.     Birdeye: The Good, The Bad, and The UglyUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We white label Birdeye's Review Management platform to clients in Home Service industries like roofing, plumbing, HVAC, fencing, etc. We use their platform with 4 current clients, and we have fluctuated between 4 - 14 clients on the account at any given time. We have been using Birdeye since 2019. Our clients log into their client profiles, and we help guide them or perform review management services on their behalf.Pros - Innovative Company with a Whole Suite of Solutions -Easy to White Label -Integrations with CRM Tools to Automate Review RequestsCons - Positive Reviews Don't Always Post to Google Business Profile -Support is Sometimes Limited in Helping Solve Issues -Dashboard for White Label Partner Program Could Use ImprovementLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great if you are looking for a platform that can provide an all-in-one solution for review management, social posting, maintaining your online reputation, and a few other programs. I think Birdeye could use improvement on making sure reviews that are generated show up on the Google Business Profile every time, and support could help better solve issues like this when they come up. You may get a revolving door of Birdeye Support → Google Support → Birdeye Support... In my experience, both support teams will claim it's the other one while neither solves your problem or gives you anything beyond "we'll look into it."Return on Investment - We have 4 clients out of a minimum of 12 minimum seats, so we are currently breaking even from an ROI perspective -Our Birdeye Rep is highly motivated to help us make more sales, overcome objections, etc., so that is a positive

    Great For Agencies Pros: I like that Birdeye can be easily monitored and understood by most who use the platform. It is good to have all customers in one place when seeing what reviews came through, and I like have automated responses for the reviews that come through. Cons: I think it would be nice if some of the review sites that Birdeye monitors were more seamless in how we could respond ( TripAdvisor), and sometimes, this software can be a bit buggy with connection to Meta (could be Meta's fault). Overall: I think its been a good platform to save time and I feel confident that I can train almost anyone how to use it.

    Pragya is a very patient trainer. Took me through all the loops despite me having cancelled a couple of appointment at the last moment. She knows the product and is happy to answer the smallest of questions. Always happy to assist. Warning: When wanting to leave the program; Birdeye makes it difficult. Be careful and get everything in writing before agreeing to Terms and Conditions.

    Solid Review Management Platform Pros: Birdeye allows you the flexibility to send out messages at different times and also allows you to customize the SMS message and email and include branding/logos of the business it is coming from. Cons: I think the cost of the Review Solicitation & Management product is too high compared to other competitors in the space. Overall: My overall experience has been mostly positive. I like the the flexibility the platform offers, but I think their pricing and their response times on certain things could be improved.

    Excellent System with lots of Options Pros: The all-in-one backend to manage all features is easy to use and streamlines the process. We also appreciate the one-on-one support we receive from our account manager. Cons: I think the texting feature needs to be more streamlined for onboarding our customers. The pricing is extremely confusing and pretty high. Overall: Excellent. The follow through and training has been great.

    Helping Your Customer Help Themselves Pros: Ability to have all clients fall under one account and dashboard. Cons: Would like for the texting tool to be more robust. Overall: Birdeye has been great in communications now that I have a dedicated rep. Her help each month is invaluable and helps troubleshoot any issues pretty quickly.

    Great product and affordable Pros: So many additional features without having to hire another partner. Cons: So far after a year we have had great success. Overall: Great onboarding and support. Their onboarding team was so patient with us to make sure we were happy.
