" What do you like best? -I love the fact that BirdEye has the best features with an excellent performance such as review marketing,competitor analysis, customer surveys and review marketing and management. -BirdEye is a simple tool to use,understand,install and also manage with multiple integration options that help clients to start using it immediately. -It offers the best customer support the top notch! - Birdeye software is by far one of the easiest and best ways to let visitors to your social media platforms. -The dashboard is great it shows all of our information and we also get monthly updates letting us know our numbers. When the “Please Review Us” pop-up popped up when I logged in, I couldn’t resist leaving honest and candid feedback of the app. Is it perfect? No. There were some navigation and ease-of-use issues that were mostly a nuisance but worthy of mentioning in a review, so I did. What I did not expect was the personal handling of the situation by a real living and breathing human being. At first I thought the voicemail follow up was just a canned response but over the next few weeks, Birdeye rolled out an update that legitimately addressed some of my concerns and they reported working to resolve the others. I am blown away at this level of customer service and human interaction. I wish that the telecom and insurance companies would pay attention to how the grown-ups at Birdeye are hitting it out of the park.

UPDATE: they made everything right. When writing feedback make sure you are willing to allow the other party to make it right, Sales did not even know what a State level contract cancellation policy is,.They have been pulling money out of my account without providing any services. Please make sure you place Stop payment with your bank and check their cancellation policy. In my case when the guy called I told him I had canceled the service and he did not install anything but started charging.
