Birdeye Review PROS I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great. CONS The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.

Not bad, could be better PROS Can put all of your reviews in one area on your website CONS Some of our customers complained about the birdeye reps that would call them.

As sales and marketing manager with ServiceMaster Superior Cleaning & Restoration, I recognize the value and importance of customer reviews. Most importantly it is getting the review survey in our customers hands quickly and preferably immediately after our restoration service is completed. At that time our project manager has the customer sign Authorization to Pay and asks if he or she wouldn't mind taking a short customer survey. From their mobile phone the project manager sends the review request to both the customers email and cell or mobile number. We have seen great success with Birdeye's system capturing a significantly greater number of 5-star reviews! Bravo Birdeye...you are a solid business partner in growth!

We have used Birdeye for our reputation management for many years. We recently added some new features and the onboarding was organized and beneficial. Snehashish, Ridhi and Rishiraj are easy to work with and the program makes a big difference for our company.

Review negatives and feedback and try to improve the image of the company Pros: -A good way to mange your reviews. -Good ways to contac your customers and find what bothers them, -Imrpove your customer experience by finding out what they think about you. Cons: Just that you hace to share the credentials instead of granting and removing it with an admin account.

Anjali was AMAZING! She was so very attentive, detailed, patient, and informative throughout our setup and onboarding process! I will do nothing but recommend this company, and her specifically, to assist in the many different aspects they offer! Please do NOT pass Birdeye up, if success in your business is what you crave! Wonderful Job, Anjali! :) ----- UPDATE!: I recently worked with Ritesh and Rishi on a user issue that I was experiencing within my Birdeye dashboard. They were extremely helpful and professional and worked everything out FAST! This allowed me to get back to what matters most....my business and giving all of my attention where it belongs. :)

I signed up with Birdeye around a month ago and I’ve already gotten 17 reviews and the people are great. My on boarding specialist Debrosi was fantastic.

Since connecting with Birdeye, the customer service has been very responsive. We did have a couple hiccups connecting our Facebook page to the platform but they ultimately figured it out and everything is running as it should. We’ve already got a few reviews by using the system so we’re happy so far. Deepti, our on boarding rep, has been very nice, super responsive, and knowledgeable. She’s been a big help.

I posted a review about Galene Water Treatment Services a few months ago out of frustration with the quality of water to my home after their system was installed. I was still getting a water odor and felt I had wasted my money since issue had not been resolved. The sales rep, the service techs and the general manager were all very hands on and responded timely to my phones. After a few trips to my home, it was determined that odor was result of the water heater. Since servicing water heater, I have not had any issues with odor. I own Galene Water Treatment Services an apology for my previous review since my water issues are resolved and I appreciate their efforts in helping resolve the odor issue to my well water. Please ignore my previous review. Thank you and praises are now in order.
