I've been trying to return the entire package for weeks now. They say someone has a contact you first it's been over 7 to 10 business days and then when I reach somebody on the chat box and tell them I want to refund they completely disconnect highly do not recommend

Worst customer service in the industry and Lifetime Smile Guarantee is a SCAM. I'm not here to say the treatment doesn't work. I've been part of the program since around February/March of this year and I have seen some improvement in my teeth, for sure. Obviously, there might be some room for error even from the doctors in charge to make these aligners. I wore my aligners every day for around 20-22 hours like the treatment suggests, I did all my check-ins in time and sent the required photos they ask for these check-ins. But... read more

Refuse to refund even if they are providing no product. They are requiring current customers to go have new scans in order to get new retainers. However, if you choose to not get scans they will charge you $100 for retainers you will not receive.

The absolute worst company I have ever has the misfortune of doing business with. Customer service is a nightmare, They are incompetent and incredibly rude ( especially a person named Dorkus, rudest person I've spoke to thus far. Mind you I've made 4+ calls spoke with 7 different people) . They will offer zero help. Not to mention they do not honour their own polices. Never calls you back customer service is useless always say you will be called back 48 hrs been try to resolve issues from July 10 until August 11 still hearing same general response and no accountability
I asked for an aligner touch-up. I was initially denied then after another attempt I was approved. After approval they tried to charge me another $300 for the touch-up. Bottom line is they come up with anything to void thier smile garauntee so they can charge you more money for sub-par results.
Their product left me with an open bite. I now need to pay another orthodontist 5000 to fix the damage SDC caused.
