Left my teeth in terrible condition even after 2 years I still have yet to achieve straighter teeth. They are more crooked than before and incredibly painful. Scamming company taking $2000 from me and did not even make a difference. I followed each instruction exactly as prescribed. This company is a scam
Won't give me back a full refund because they're saying it outside my 30 days but yet they are the ones that suggested another route due to my aligners not fitting. So of course it would exceed the 30 days. Like I've been going back & forth with some manager & I'm over it. This company is the worst! Now that they're in bankruptcy proceedings good luck getting them to follow up on anything. I paid in full and was told they submitted a claim form to my insurance for reimbursement. Nope. Wrong. Called insurance nothing was ever submitted. I have now called 4 times asking for a claim form to be sent directly to me. Seems simple enough right? Nope, they just put you on hold to a representative in another county and give you the run around. Stay away from this sinking ship!
This company is a scam. They took my money but refuse to keep their "smile guarantee" which is not backed up by the company. My teeth are still not straight but they say I am done. DO NOT give these people any money!!
This company is an absolute SCAM! I have lines indented into my cheeks that will not go away. I have talked to customer service so many times, the dental team so many times, and keep being told that the dentist will call me.. but they never call. I consistently call back, talk to someone new, after an hour get through to the dental team, then am told the doc will call me. But they never do. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service us bad they sent me an email that my cancelation was successful, to only find out that's it's not cancel. I told them I threw them away, because I thought it was cancel. Now they saying they won't issue me a refund
Guaranteed Refund is a scam - Ordered aligners on 09/15/23 - received aligners 10/03 - the aligners were so large I couldn't close my mouth, they would fall off - I spent 2 weeks calling, first they took more pictures via webcam to order 3 aligners to see if it's right, they said it would take a week. Over a week later I called for a status, and they said it would take up to 3 weeks. Worst experience ever. I went under a five month treatment plan that they made for me . I completed the treatment and my teeth were not straighten. I reached out to them for a touch up and they shipped out their kit all over again. Once I sent it back and they received it I was told I had to pay an additional $300.00 for them to ship out the new kit they made.
