If not near and SD DENTIST stand by. I have had issues with the design of the aligners where they cut into the inside of my mouth. Followed ALL of their recommendations & sent new impressio s 2 additional times. They did not address the issue. They have a standard question process and when you follow that they STILL DO NOT address the problem. They say guaranteed results lifetime but when there is an issue they refuse to address their guarantee is worthless. Spend the additional n 2 to 3 thousand dollars more and use an orth... read more

Truly disappointed with this service. As with many others I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my experience as a patient of Smile Direct Club. Smile Direct Club failed to fulfill its promise of perfecting my smile within six months. In fact, it has been over two long years of treatment, and my smile remains far from perfect. Smile Direct has been a constant disappointment, with the aligners splitting and poor customer service. They are expensive and focus on sales and not providing value or service.

Smile Direct could not do the dental work that I needed them to do for me from the beginning of treatment and I told them. I kept asking to speak to a doctor who can understand what I wanted but they kept asking me for pictures of my teeth so many times and nothing was resolved for 3 months. Then I finally talked to a doctor and he saw me in NJ. They never gave me my $2,000 refund for the aligners and they all gave the run around. Even the account manager gave me run arounds! I just want my refund back fully ! And then they lie and say that we have to cut the aligners and place them in order with bags! That’s the craziest thing I ever heard the company is just delusional and destroying their own business!

My aligners worked well, luckily I didn't have major problems to correct. My complaints are: -aligners are uncomfortable and cut into my cheek -the customer account dashboard is useless. -I've tried to update my payment and it has never changed on my account. -I tried to purchase my retainers before the price increased and mysteriously SD never processed the order, though I received a confirmation that I had placed the order. -SD would not honor the price I tried to purchase retainers at even though it seemed to be an error ... read more

This company has gone downhill since I started using them in 2017. They are money hungry and no longer wish to help you. Not only that, but I have a jaw that constantly pops now. Will be switching to ********** since it's better quality for about the same price now. Save yourself the hassle and the jaw pain and also go with **********.
