Jeremy called me gay. I explained to the person who answered the phone by the name of Jeremy, that I paid my bill on time before I went to prison and that I had already paid the balance that went into collections. He then started saying it’s in collections and it not his fault I didn’t pay the bill. I explained to him that I paid the bill and did not appreciate him being rude. He replied “At least I ain’t Gay”.

Smiling from ear to ear I am excited and very happy not just with my results but the care and quality service I received from Smile Direct Avon Indiana. I began my SD journey 4/2022. Horrible communication, and they didn't refund money that they promised. I am now working with ****, and I recommend that those looking to order aligners to fix their teeth to check out ****** services.

I agree with all of the negative reviews. The aligners were not well made and did not fit my teeth. Contacted the company and they offered a "touch up." Sent new molds and pics. They sent new aligners with the exact same result. Gave up and told them I just wanted retainers to keep what I have. They told me that I would need to pay for another mold kit. I chose to use Smile Direct after looking at pricing options. They are able to offer a cheaper product because of their poor customer service. If you are able to get through their automated line to a person their immediate response is for you to wait 5-10 buisiness days for a response that doesn’t come. I have been misdirected so much that I could have went with a more expensive option.

Do not use them. They will keep your money and will not transfer you to a manger or supervisor. They will hang up or say they dont have high up on site, they will put you on a long hold. We did the print for my son teeth and sent it back and was told we didnt, i been waiting for answers since March 8th 2023 and its April 17th 2023

I was denied service initially because I was told I needed to consult with a dentist first. I never signed a paper giving them permission to charge my card. Three months later, with zero information on my teeth besides the screen they denied they randomly charged my account 2,050. On 3/25, The incompetent people on the phone told me that my charge would be refunded in 2-10 business days. I called back at 10 days, still no refund. SmileDirectClub is such a scam - if you are considering purchasing DO NOT. To start, when I first met with them they told me they were checking my insurance to see how much coverage I would have, and I received an email saying I would only have to pay ~$1k and my insurance would cover the additional $1k. I trusted that they had actually confirmed this and went ahead with the service. Support told me to basically pound sand when I asked for a small change in my order. Then said good luck with a dispute. I was ordering this for my niece. Went with ****instead but received both starter kits and honestly the $18 ****kit is better than the $60 SD kit. ****** it, don't take my word for it Oh and ****has 100% guarantied financing if you need it
